Fairleigh Dickinson University recently conferred an honorary Doctor of Science to Dr. Stephen Klasko during its spring commencement ceremony in May. Dr. Klasko was hooded in Fairleigh Dickson’s burgundy and blue colors and delivered the commencement address with a message that optimism. 

“What I told them was that each of us needs our own toolkit for optimism. Find your own joy, your own creativity, and use that energy to help others. Oh, and celebrate your degree!” Dr. Klasko said of his address.
